What you are looking at

Six roles, one evening. A guest orders, the floor confirms it, the kitchen fires it, a rider carries it, the manager watches the branch and finance reconciles the night. Every screen below is real and populated — open one and there is already a service in progress.

It runs entirely in this browser tab. There is no server behind it, and there is nothing of the client's real business inside it.

Before you click anything — what is and is not true here

If you only have five minutes

Do these in order — each step feeds the next.
  1. Order something from La Cabrera at station 01. Add a dish, place it.

  2. Open Branch HQ (02). Your order is already on the pass. Confirm the table's round too.

  3. Open the kitchen (03). The round you just confirmed is on the line. Bump it to Ready.

  4. Open Partner HQ (05). The evening's numbers have moved with what you did.

  5. Finish in the settlement book (06) to see who is owed what.

The service sheet

Six stations, in the order the evening happens

Each one opens already populated — the right branch, the right table, a service mid-flight. Nothing you open will be an empty screen asking you to imagine it.

01

The guest orders

For the person at home, or at the table

One storefront across all four houses. A guest chooses delivery, pickup or a table, and the menu changes to match — the things that cannot travel simply are not offered. The kitchen system prices the order, not the phone: whatever the guest's screen adds up to, the branch's own figure is the one that stands.

Try: add a rib eye, then switch to Pickup — the delivery fee and the service fee both disappear, because a collection carries neither.

02

The floor confirms

For the manager on duty · Branch HQ

One branch, one screen: its tables, its delivery and pickup, its bookings, its menu. A table's round sits with the server, not yet with the kitchen, until a human presses Confirm — and if two staff press it on two devices, the kitchen still gets one order, not two.

Try: confirm the round on table 21, then answer the booking request in the right-hand column.

03

The kitchen fires it

For the line · a wall screen, not a laptop

Chits in the order they landed, sized to be read from two metres away. A cook bumps one line at a time, and the whole chit goes to Ready when the last line is down. A dine-in chit finishes as Served; a collection finishes as Collected — the board will not let you use the wrong one.

Try: bump the round you just confirmed through to Ready. Best viewed at 1280px or wider.

The manager sees the branch
and ops sees all six

For a brand manager and the ops desk

Partner HQ answers "how did this branch do" — covers, best sellers, channel mix, what guests said. The ops board answers "how is the whole estate doing right now" — every branch, every order in flight, where the pressure is tonight. Both move with whatever you did at stations 01–03.

Try: open Partner HQ after placing an order and watch the branch's count and best-seller list change.

06

Finance reconciles the night

For whoever signs off the money

Every completed order split three ways: what the branch keeps, the platform service fee, and the rider's delivery earnings. Cash orders are tracked to whoever is holding the notes. Where a figure cannot be proven from the records, the book says so on the page rather than filling the gap with an estimate.

Try: open a night's total, then follow one order down to its split.

Also in the folder

Not part of the six-station walk, but worth a look.

The guest's own account

What a returning guest sees: a delivery in flight right now, past visits across all four houses, and their table bookings. Opens as a sample guest with a live order.

The performance report

The print-shaped read of the same data — the version you would put in front of a board rather than click through.

Table bookings, end to end

A booking is a request and never a table until a human at the branch says yes. No deposit, no card, nothing to refund.
